Godfather’s Pizza poised to open on Wilmington Pike

CENTERVILLE — The Godfather’s Pizza at 5800 Wilmington Pike that my colleague Jill Kelley first told you about in September will open at 4 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 18, Jeff Jacobs, district manager for Godfather’s Pizza said this afternoon.

The pizza store opened with 30 employees and is located in the Sugar Creek Crossing Center near the Centerville-Sugarcreek Twp. border. It offers carryout, including a pickup window, and limited dine-in seating with a maximum of 32 people, but no delivery, Jacobs said.

This is the second Dayton-area store for the Godfather’s chain, which operates a 170-seat restaurant at 4628 Brandt Pike in Huber Heights.

The new Godfather’s Pizza is open from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday and noon to 9 p.m. Sunday. For more information or to place an order, call 937-433-7777.

Wow my favorite pizza in Dayton last closed in 1985 and have been in OLD North Dayton going to Godfathers in Huber Heights all year in 2010...
