I wanted to take a moment to write a short note to all our great members and customers in Resorts360, to provide you an update of where we are and where we are going. The first thing I want you all to understand is our goal and emphasis is, and always will be, to provide the absolute best product with the newest concepts and technology for our members worldwide. So many companies build themselves on the “Ground Floor” and “Flashy Hype” mentality and I hope you have discovered by now this is NOT how we operate nor will it ever be. I believe adamantly that building a company that is 100% real and unique in the area of savings for our members/customers is what will propel us into the future and win over the market in vacation ownership hands down. We will always remain light years ahead of the competition when it comes to our products value and our proprietary technology. Tip of the iceberg
I look at what we have to offer to the public as something that is completely unique, meaning even if there isn’t an opportunity attached we still have a product that can be sold to the public that will save them tremendous amounts on all their travel needs. This has already been accomplished but is only the tip of the iceberg compared to where we will be in the next 3 or 4 months.
Currently nearly all of our resources are going into our long awaited cruise connection. Once completed, this will not only create incredible savings for all our members, it will also be 100% unique to Resorts360. In other words, we will be THE ONLY direct marketing company that will have this feature to offer. Once we complete the final steps of our cruise connection, our programmers will begin working on several other projects that we are developing that will take your Vacation Owners website to the next level and beyond! There are so many things coming I won't even try to describe them in this short letter, but we will be sure to keep you posted as they are nearing completion. What's New
This week we launched our new .net and .com websites. These new sites were designed with very rich content and visually stunning photographs to best represent who we are and what we offer.
With mesmerizing photography and 'ease of use' navigation, our new websites are an exciting destination on their own! I trust you will be confident in sharing these beautiful websites that reflect our commitment to a first class, 5-Star image. In addition, we have also installed a new iChat feature in your Vacation Owners back office to make it more convenient for you to get your questions answered while booking your vacations. Much more to come on our booking enhancements. 1st Annual Convention Rescheduled Many of you have expressed your excitement to attend our first annual convention in Las Vegas, Nevada this October. And no one is more excited than I to finally meet all of you and share with you first hand all of our new developments mentioned above. Unfortunately, we have been forced to reschedule our event until the Spring of 2011 for various reasons. Some of which include the development and release of the projects we currently have undertaken to improve our product. Because we may not have all the items completed by the scheduled event time, I felt it inappropriate to host the convention until I am 100% confident all new items are completed for you. But don't worry, all of the new developments will be released as they are completed, so you won't have to wait until next Spring to see these incredible enhancements! In addition, we want our first event to be like everything else we do... nothing short of 5-Star quality. Giving ourselves this additional time will ensure that we will be able to secure the very best facilities at the very best possible price. We will be sure to keep you updated and post ticket sales when the final details have been completed. In Summary I would like to conclude this letter by letting you how delighted I am to have our members representing a product that is breaking new ground in the travel industry. We will spare no expense in providing you with the very best product, tools and resources that will keep you on the cutting edge of the travel and home based business industry.
